to educating and training students in comprehensive paediatric nursing care across hospital, clinic, and community settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The department emphasizes growth and development, preventive and promotive health, therapeutic care, and family-centred approaches to support children from infancy through adolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students gain hands-on experience in paediatric wards, neonatal intensive care units (NICU), outpatient clinics, and community child health programs \u2014 preparing them to manage common childhood illnesses, emergencies, and chronic conditions with
