This policy explains what information the MVM clinics collect through this website and its appointment forms, why, who sees it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
MVM Educational Trust, No.1336/72, Vikas Layout, Palanahalli, Maruthi Nagar, Yelahanka, Bengaluru 560064, runs the clinic pages of this website (mvminstitute.edu.in/mvm-hospitals/) and the clinics themselves: MVM Nature Cure Clinic, MVM Centre for Advanced Physiotherapy (CAPT), MVM College of Speech & Hearing and Vākśravaṇa Clinic and MVM Diagnostic Centre.
Information you give us
When you request an appointment, we receive your name, mobile number and email address, the clinic you chose, what you need help with, your preferred date and city if you give them, and the page you sent the request from. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of your contact details and your request.
Please do not send medical reports or detailed medical history through the website form. Bring them to your appointment, or share them with the clinic in person.
How we use it
- To call or message you to arrange and confirm your appointment, home visit or home sample collection.
- To answer your questions about our services and charges.
- To understand which of our advertisements and pages lead people to contact us, so that we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Your request goes to the clinic you chose, by email from our own web server; a copy is kept on our web hosting in a folder that cannot be opened from the internet. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
If you arrive from one of our advertisements, this website keeps a note in your browser, for up to 90 days, of the campaign that brought you, and sends it with your appointment request. When we switch on Google Tag Manager to measure our advertising, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel may also set cookies; this page will say so first. You can delete cookies and stored site data in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests for as long as needed to arrange your care and for our records, and then delete them. Clinical records made during treatment are kept as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent to be contacted, and raise a grievance. Email support@mvmhospitals.com or call +91 96060 80660.
